Following registration, ct777 may request a National ID or other government-issued documents for identity verification. ct777 reserves the right to terminate any account opened with false information and to forfeit any associated balance.
Password & Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials, especially your password, strictly confidential. Never share your password with any third party, and notify our support team immediately if you notice any suspicious activity. ct777 will never ask for your password via email or message. The user is responsible for any unauthorised use of their account, unless they can demonstrate that the breach originated from ct777's server side. KYC & Identity Verification
To comply with regulatory requirements and prevent fraud, ct777 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. The verification process may require you to submit a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence, along with proof of address such as a utility bill. Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Ct777 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of terms, suspected fraud, attempted money laundering, use of a false identity, or operating multiple accounts. Any valid balance in a closed account may be returned following verification; however, bonuses and promotional credits are non-refundable. To appeal an account closure, please contact the support team.
